Air-Fried chicken

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper and mix well.

Pour buttermilk into a large bowl and immerse the chicken in the buttermilk.

Place the chicken in one bowl and a bowl of buttermilk next to that, and then your dry mixture. Lightly dust the chicken pieces with the flour mixture, then dunk in buttermilk and place in the flour mixture. Make sure that the chicken is thoroughly coated. Gently place in air-fry basket. After all chicken is in the basket, set the cooking timer for about 15 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the basket and let cool before serving.

  • 16 chicken thighs and wings

  • 6 cups flour

  • 5 tbs. salt

  • 4 tbs. ground black pepper

  • 2 tbs. garlic powder

  • 1 tbs. onion powder

  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
